Equipping and enabling business advisors & intermediaries as agents for change
Business support intermediaries are the glue in the ecosystem. They are the fundamental points of connection that empower and influence businesses as they grow.
It’s the intermediaries who act as translators and disseminate government policy into practice on the ground. And it’s the intermediaries who have their fingers on the pulse and the wealth of day-to-day experience of the challenges businesses are grappling with, to be able to feed this back into policy change.
It’s for these reasons that working with business intermediaries is at the heart of our work at Scotland CAN B. We’re committed to equipping, enabling, and supercharging Scotland’s business support professionals and business membership bodies as agents for positive change, and we do this in a range of different ways.
Impact Trainings for Business Advisors
We deliver trainings in person and online for business advisors and enterprise support organisations, centred around our methodology the Impact Journey.
Who is it for?
You or your organisation work directly with Scottish entrepreneurs and businesses, supporting & advising them on a daily basis.
You’ve noticed a growing demand from investors, employees or customers for businesses to provide transparency about the impact they make and want to know how to support businesses to meet this demand.
You want to help the businesses you support to harness the competitive advantage of business with purpose and impact accountability, and ensure they’re fit for the future and play their role in Scotland’s transition to a wellbeing economy.
Commission a tailored training for your team or network
At Scotland CAN B we’re committed to instigating an ‘operating system upgrade’ for Scotland’s business support intermediaries and ecosystem.
For larger organisations this might best take the form of tailored in-house training for your full business advisor and account management teams.
For business membership bodies such as Chambers of Commerce or sectoral networks this might take the form of bespoke training for your members.
Whatever your scale or structure, we can work with you to deliver bespoke Impact Journey training series.
