Impact leadership for economic systems change

We work with policymakers, economy & business influencers, and other key system leaders to break out of siloed thinking and foster a joined-up systemic approach.

 Convene

We convene Impact Leaders forums, workshops, and immersive gatherings to offer spaces for connection and reflection as a catalyst for transformative collective action.

Contribute

We contribute our expertise and insight in partnership and policy contexts – seeking to join dots, increase coherence, and leverage the role of business as a force for good in cross-sector settings.

Our work is aligned with and in support of a range of policy priorities:

  • Wellbeing Economy Governments

A collaborative international initiative where member countries are working together to understand the key priorities for a wellbeing economy.

  • National Performance Framework

  • Sustainable Development Goals

17 interdependent global goals designed to be a "blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all". Created in 2015 by the United Nations and intended to be achieved by 2030.

  • The Better Business Act

Are you an impact leader curious about how to embed an impact culture within your organisation or network?

Scotland CAN B works with those leading for positive change within their spheres of influence to provide bespoke interventions at strategic ‘acupuncture points’ within the Scottish entrepreneurial ecosystem, and beyond.

We’ve worked with government enterprise agencies, local councils, networks of intermediaries, place-based business communities, and more to provide the lens of impact as a catalyst for change.

A blueprint for other regions & nations to follow

Knowledge exchange and cross-pollination is a key pillar of our long-term vision and Theory of Change.

If you’re a policy maker from another small nation or region on the journey of building a more just, regenerative, and equitable economic system – we would be delighted to share our learnings to date about how to leverage the role of business in this great transition.
